Terms & Conditions By using any part of the AlexaSurf.net site and/or any services provided and/or any products, members and/or visitors of AlexaSurf.net Traffic Exchange agree to the following terms of agreement:  1) AlexaSurf.net reserves the right to refuse membership or cancel membership at any point in time. Upon termination member will lose all credits. 2) We do not allow the following page contents: ANY ADULT CONTENT, racist, illegal or other material we found inappropriate. AlexaSurf.net cannot guarantee that member sites do not contain such material. 3) You may cancel your Membership by clicking the [Delete account] link in member area. If you decide to cancel your membership and later wish to re-enroll, you will be assigned a new account, and you will not receive further credit for referrals made using your previous account. 4) Targeted sites We DO NOT allow sites that contain: - Pop-ups, Pop-behinds, Pop-unders or targeted sites -We do NOT allow Pages that would compromise, update, delete,   or alter the AlexaSurf.net Surfing window -We DO NOT ALLOW MS window-type popup/alert message boxes. 5) Enrolling other members is prohibited: Members are not under any circumstances allowed to sign up other members. Members can refer other individuals to the website and help them through the sign up process, however the individual must complete the signup process by him/herself, including the reading and agreeing to the Membership Agreement. Furthermore, no member shall create false accounts simply for the benefit of referral rewards or to create a manufactured downline. Any member found to be engaged in such activity will have their membership revoked and will lose all credits and/or money in all accounts created. 6) Personal information: As a member of AlexaSurf.net you agree to keep your personal information on file up to date and accurate at all times. You also confirm that the email address you have on file is accurate and in working order. The company will keep all personal information about you in the strictest confidence and will not divulge it to any third party unless obligated to do so by law.  You also agree to receive periodic e-mails from AlexaSurf.net. The e-mails will only contain information about AlexaSurf.net and will never contain any advertisements. 7) Acceptable use of start link: The start link (also referred to as the "surf" link) that a member receives upon signing up is to be used solely by that member and solely for the purpose of viewing other member's websites through the AlexaSurf.net traffic exchange network. Members may use multiple ip's when surfing this link. This link is not to be used in any way that cheats the system or attempts to compromise it in any way. Furthermore, the start link is not to be promoted on other networks as a means of falsely obtaining credits. The start link is also not to be placed in any automatic clicking program or other similar program or software designed to defraud the network or falsely earn credits. Any inappropriate use of the start link (as indicated, but not limited to the above) will result in immediate termination of that member's account and all earned or purchased credits along with any remaining cash balance will be lost. 8) Removal of membership: A member may at any time request to have his/her membership cancelled by simply submitting a support request and clearly defining the account that is to be cancelled. Alternatively, a member may have their membership revoked by AlexaSurf.net if AlexaSurf.net deems that member to be in violation of any of the terms as set out in the Membership Agreement. AlexaSurf.net also reserves the right to refuse or cancel the membership of any member found to be defrauding the system in any way, or in any case where the AlexaSurf.net feels that the member is not acting in the best interest of the AlexaSurf.net. If a member should have their membership cancelled for any reason, that member will lose all traffic credits (whether earned or purchased) and will forfeit any remaining money in any of the accounts associated with that membership. 9) Loss of data and other errors: Members agree to not hold liable AlexaSurf.net for any loss of data that might occur while the member is using the AlexaSurf.net website and all services and products contained within. Loss of data includes, but is not limited to, any account balances, credits, downline members and statistics. AlexaSurf.net agrees to make every effort within its reasonable power to ensure that such loss of data never occurs, and AlexaSurf.net will make every effort within reason to correct any such loss of data. Members also agree to not hold liable AlexaSurf.net for any damage that may arise to the member's computer, software, or other products while using the AlexaSurf.net website and all services and products contained within. 10) Members must Auto-Surf or Click to Surf at least (50) pages/30 days and have at least 1 active website listed to remain active. Accounts that remain inactive for 1 Year or more will be deleted. 11) Only one membership for each Person/Business is allowed. 12) SPAM: AlexaSurf.net does not condone the use of UCE (unsolicited commercial email) and spam. Members are strictly prohibited from using spam in their marketing efforts. 13) Refunds: AlexaSurf.net does not offer refunds or compensation in any way for any product sold, rented, leased, or subscribed to under any circumstances unless otherwise noted. 14) AlexaSurf.net does not and will not release any information about its members in any way, including logging or reporting for any reasons to anyone, including members of AlexaSurf.net for any purpose other than to assist law enforcement. This includes, but is not limited to users email address, name, ip address or any other information that may be used for commercial, malicious, or otherwise harmful intent. 15) AlexaSurf.net reserves the right to change, modify, add, and/or delete any part of any membership type at any point, with or without notice. 16) AlexaSurf.net is not responsible for 3rd party representations/content of the AlexaSurf.net site. This includes, but is not limited to content that does not bear the AlexaSurf.net URL. 17)Referral Contest: AlexaSurf.net Does not issue a monetary prize for the contest at any point in time nor can the prizes be traded or exchanged for money. In order for referrals to be counted, the referral must activate their account and initially surf 100 pages in the month of the contest. Referrals may only be counted 1 time. The referral contest starts on the 1st of every month and ends on the last day of the month. Prizes will be determined and added to winners accounts on or around the 1st of the following month. AlexaSurf.net reserves the right to refuse payout to a member that is found defrauding the system in any way. 18)Sprackle.net Exchange: AlexaSurf.net reserves the right to delete any AlexaSurf.net account that is found to abuse the Sprackle.net exchange service. 1 Credit is earned per unique visitor in a 12 hour period. AlexaSurf.net Reserves the right to change the payout at any point in time, with or without notice. Members are not allowed to place the Sprackle.net Exchange code on any site that contains, but is not limited to Adult, illegal, racist, or prejudice sites. Members agree not to hold AlexaSurf.net or any affiliates responsible for the content displayed in the Sprackle.net exchange service or the use of the content in any way. 19)Banner Exchange: AlexaSurf.net reserves the right to delete any AlexaSurf.net account that is found to abuse the Banner exchange service. .5 banner credits are earned per unique visitor in a 24 hour period. AlexaSurf.net Reserves the right to change the payout at any point in time, with or without notice. Members are not allowed to place the Banner Exchange code on any site that contains, but is not limited to Adult, illegal, racist, or prejudice sites. Members agree not to hold AlexaSurf.net or any affiliates responsible for the content displayed in the Banner exchange service or the use of the content in any way. 20)Referral Page Credit: AlexaSurf.net reserves the right to delete any AlexaSurf.net account that is found to abuse the referral service. 1 credit max can be earned per unique visitor in a 1 minute period. AlexaSurf.net Reserves the right to change the payout at any point in time, with or without notice. 21)Referral Signup Bonus: AlexaSurf.net reserves the right to delete any AlexaSurf.net account that is found to abuse the referral service. Referred member must surf at least 50 pages in order for the signup bonus to be credited. AlexaSurf.net Reserves the right to change the payout at any point in time, with or without notice. 22)Surf Timer: Members pages are allocated 2-3 seconds to load the page in the surf frame before the timer is started and then displayed for the specified amount of time in the timer. Members of AlexaSurf.net agree not to hold AlexaSurf.net or any affiliates responsible for circumstances that are out of our reach which may affect the time that a page is shown and/or the surf timer. This includes but is not limited to the users internet connection speed, high server traffic, and third party browser add-ons/pluggins which may affect the timer. 23)Splash Pages: Splash Pages are a feature for Pro and Corporate members only. When a member downgrades to a Free membership, the members splash pages will default to a random website that is in the surf rotation. No Adult or otherwise inappropriate material will be allowed. AlexaSurf.net Reserves the right to delete a splash page at any point, with or without notice. By members and/or guests creating and/or viewing a splash page(s), they agree NOT to hold AlexaSurf.net responsible for any damages physical or otherwise that may be caused by a members splash page(s). AlexaSurf.net does not create, store, verify, copy, or otherwise use images in any way, shape, or fashion that are placed on members splash pages. All responsibility and claims for images used on splash pages are by and for the members that use them. 24)Alexa.com Material Usage: By Members/Users/Visitors of the AlexaSurf.net Site using services that include the Alexa.com material, they agree not to hold AlexaSurf.net responsible for any damages that may be caused by the use of the Alexa.com material, whether tangible or intangible. By members using the Alexa.com material on AlexaSurf.net, they agree to not hold AlexaSurf.net responsible for any violation that may be caused by members in the use of Alexa.com material. Members agree to take full responsibility of adhering to the Alexa.com Terms of Service as well as taking full responsibility, should those Terms of Service be violated in any way by the members. 25)Pro Membership: AlexaSurf.net Reserves the right to update/alter Pro Membership benefits/services at any point, with or without notice. There are no warranties, either expressed or implied for Pro Membership benefits/services. Monthly credits are AUTOMATICALLY added to members account after payment has been made for said month. Members who cancel their Pro Membership will receive Pro Membership benefits/services for 30 days after last payment has been made. 26)Corporate Membership: Reserves the right to update/alter Corporate Membership benefits/services at any point, with or without notice. There are no warranties, either expressed or implied for Corporate Membership benefits/services. AlexaSurf.net does not make any warranties or guarantees, either expressed or implied for the "Custom Referrer" service. The Corporate Membership upgraded surfing timer only applies to website surfing and not the Surfing Software Program. The Corporate Membership Custom timer service for Corporate Membership websites as well only applies to websites displayed through the website and not the Surfing Software Program. Monthly credits are AUTOMATICALLY added to members account after payment has been made for said month. Members who cancel their Corporate Membership will receive Corporate Membership benefits/services for 30 days after last payment has been made. 27)Credit Transfers Between TheGlobalBlasterNetwork.com Surf Sites All Credit Transfers are Completely Free of charge unless otherwise stated. All Transfers are final and cannot be reversed. You agree to not hold AlexaSurf.net or any of its affiliates responsible for incorrect transfers or the effects that may or may not come from the transfers. AlexaSurf.net will do everything possible to ensure that accurate transfers are successfully completed, however, you agree not to hold AlexaSurf.net or any of its affiliates responsible for any errors that may occur during the transfer process. 28)YouTube Page Creator Service We do not allow the following page contents; ADULT CONTENT, racist, illegal or other material we found inappropriate. By using the YouTube Page Creator Service, you agree NOT to hold AlexaSurf.net or any affiliates responsible in any way for its use and take complete responsibility for the content you create and any way you may use or distribute said content. You also agree NOT to hold AlexaSurf.net or any affiliates responsible for any damages that may be caused by the use of the YouTube Page Creator Service, whether tangible or intangible. 29)AlexaSurf.net Surfing Software Program: By Members/Users/Visitors of the AlexaSurf.net Site using the AlexaSurf.net Surfing Software Program, they agree not to hold AlexaSurf.net or any affiliates responsible for any damages that may be caused by the use of the AlexaSurf.net Surfing Software Program, whether tangible or intangible. By members using the AlexaSurf.net Surfing Software Program, they agree to not hold AlexaSurf.net or any affiliates responsible for any violation that may be caused by members in the use of AlexaSurf.net Surfing Software Program. Members agree to take full responsibility of adhering to the AlexaSurf.net Terms of Service as well as taking full responsibility, should those Terms of Service be violated in any way by the members. This Agreement may be modified by AlexaSurf.net from time to time, with or without notice. Purpose of these measures is to maintain the integrity of the advertising members.
